Remind me to tell the story of my Summer with a Betty Crocker Cookbook.
I think the main reason I like to cook, is because I like to make people happy. And who hasn't seen someone happier because of a well prepared meal?
So, I'm not a professional, if that's what you're thinking. I'm just a guy who loves to cook and bake. I've been cooking for many years and love to share the products of my talent. I especially enjoy preparing or adapting cultural dishes. Deserts are my favorite! Here is a nice German-style cake I made for my German class last year:
It was delicious! Not too sweet, not too... boring. Very colorful!
